Coco was our first lab. I had always wanted a chocolate lab. When we brought her into our home we knew little about the Field Trial/Hunt Test world, but soon saw that she was made for the retrieve.  As we slowly learned, we sent her into training with a pro at the late age of 18 months. The pro saw the talent in her and she soon earned her "Junior Hunter" title in three short months.  Much to our trainer's disappointment (mine too), we weren't able to keep her in training in Florida. 
She is a sweet dog, with a loyal, fun loving disposition.  Her progeny has the same love and talent for what a lab was made to do!  Her puppies have gone to homes across the USA that are first and foremost family dogs and are being used for bird dogs; agility dogs; therapy dogs; and Shed dogs (antler hunting).
